Barbarita Mata

Barbarita Mata, 96, passed away on January 11, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was a loving mother, a hard working woman and awesome grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her mother Maria C. Mata, her brothers, Silverio Mata and Ignacio Mata, her son, Antonio Garcia, and great grandson Alex Saldivar, and her partner, Alfonso Garcia.

She is survived daughter, Irma Saldivar, her five grandchildren: Aniceto Saldivar Jr., Samuel Saldivar, Cynthia Saldivar, Robert Saldivar Sr. , Celia Saldivar; 17 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and her great great grand cat.

Visitation will held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2020 with a rosary at 7 pm at the Delta Chapel. Funeral mass will be held Tuesday January 14, 2020 with times to be announced. Burial will follow at Buena Vista Cemetery.
