CHARLES McDANIEL Obituary

Charles Paul McDaniel

Charles Paul McDaniel, one of the last great Navy heroes from World War II, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 18, 2017.  He will be forever remembered and honored by his family and friends as a brave, kind, generous and serving leader to all who knew him. He described himself as “The Richest Man in the World” because of his family that he treasured so dearly.  He was an ordained deacon, an active member in his church, Brownsville Community Fellowship, a world traveler, and an avid gardener. Born in 1926, he lived 91 years and was still mowing his lawn at 91. He is survived by his wife of 66 years of marriage, Betty Jo Isler McDaniel “the most beautiful woman in the world,” his daughter Dana  McDaniel Seale ( Paul), and his four sons, Ned, Cliff (Elizabeth), Troy (Debbie) and Clay. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  A grave side service will be held in his honor on Thursday July 20th at 10:00 am at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
