Guilibaldo Garza

Guilibaldo "Guile" Garza, 81, went to be with the Lord on July 6, 2018 at Valley Regional Medical Center.

Guile served 6 years in the US Army Reserve; as well as a Cameron County Deputy Reserve Officer. He worked many years for Marathon Letourneau and PEMEX before co-founding his own companies, Petroliquids Corp. and Guile’s Construction. He was a licensed realtor and an entrepreneur.  His passion and hobbies were antique cars and Harley Davidson Motorcycles.  He lived his life to the fullest.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Santos and Amelia Garza, his brother; Rodolfo Garza, and his first wife, Maria Del Carmen Garza.

He is survived by his wife, Maria R Guillen Garza, his children, Guilibaldo Garza Jr., Cindy (Rafael) Barrios, and Myra (Eric) Campos; his 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; his siblings, Ninfa G. Manke, Jose F. Garza, and Jose C. Garza.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 8:30 pm on July 8, 2018 with a rosary at 7 pm at the Delta Chapel.  Funeral mass will be held at 11 am on July 9, 2018 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
