Raquel Perez Barrera

Raquel Perez Barrera, 64, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Rosario Perez; her son-in-law, Juan Cesar Cisneros; her grandchildren, Janet AideRuvalcaba, Denise Sharay Castro, Lizet De Leon, Janerit Velez, Jennifer Cruz, Monica Isabel Dominguez, Jaqueline Arlette Quinones, and Mario Quinones Jr., her great grandchildren, Josue Gonzalez, Xavier Ruvalcaba, Briana Ruvalcaba, Even Ruvalcaba, Amanda Castro, Casandra Castro, Alexandra Castro, Roberto De Leon, Gerardo De Leon, Jasmine De Leon, Dalia De Leon, Eduardo De Leon, Natasha Villafranca Ximena Lira, Miguel Vega, Alexa Vega, Genisis Velez, Juan Luis Escobedo, Jacob Escobedo, Lindy Diane Cruz, Angeline Monic Cruz, Blanca Polette Flores, Axel Yosaya Flores, and Jessabelle Alejandra Guajardo.

Visistation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Delta Funeral Directors Chapel.  Visitation will continue on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Delta Chapel. 

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Delta Chapel.

Interment will follow at Guillen Communtiy Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the direction of Delta Funeral Directors.
